Ethical committee and its structure-

Basically it require for the research which is carried out in hospital. It is very helpful for the patient rights and better outcome of research.

  1. COMMITTEE 
  1. Administration 
  1. Clinicians - medical, surgical, other disciplines 
  1. Social workers 
  1. Nurses 
  1. Rehabilitation personnel 
  1. Priests/philosophers 
  1. Lawyers 
  1. Statisticians
  1. SUBCOMMITTEES 
  1. Monthly meetings of a large, single committee once a month over an hour and a half or two hours Frequency of meetings will depend on the goals set for the committee. Most ethics committees meet at least once a month 
  1. Each member must attend at least 75% of all meetings.
